Established  by Uttarakhand state government in the year 20–. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and is affiliated to Uttarakhand State Board of Technical Education (USBTE). for bringing about industrial and technological development to the region. We have some senior and highly experienced faculty. 

The institute is located at SIDCUL Sector 12 Rudrapur US Nagar  which is a prime location of Industrial area US Nagar. The spacious campus of the institute comprising of the Academic and administrative Wings, Workshop building.
